The first edition hit #1 in multiple categories on Amazon in the US, France, Sweden, Australia, and The Netherlands.

Tickets include:

(1) A paperback copy of the pre-release "author's proof" of the newly-revised book in hand at the event

(2) A second retail-release copy to be picked up at the club when the book launches in July
