By purchasing or using a HYUNAH membership or day pass, making a reservation, or entering HYUNAH's premises, you agree to the following terms.
1. Access and Reservations
HYUNAH memberships and day passes provide access to HYUNAH's premises, equipment, and experiences subject to the terms of the applicable membership or reservation.
All reservations are subject to availability. Access is limited to the date, time, duration, location, and benefits associated with your membership, day pass, or reservation.
Memberships, day passes, and reservations are personal to the individual for whom they were purchased and may not be transferred or shared unless expressly permitted by HYUNAH. Membership and day pass fees are nonrefundable except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated by HYUNAH.
2. Club Rules and Conduct
HYUNAH is a shared space. All members, day pass guests, and visitors are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly toward other guests, HYUNAH staff, our neighbors, and the space itself.
You agree to follow all posted rules, staff instructions, equipment guidelines, and policies communicated by HYUNAH. You are responsible for properly using and caring for all equipment, furniture, coffee ware, and other property. You may be held financially responsible for property that you intentionally, recklessly, or negligently damage or remove from the premises.
HYUNAH reserves the right to refuse entry, end a visit, suspend access, or terminate a membership without refund for conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, destructive, or otherwise inconsistent with HYUNAH's rules or the experience we seek to provide.
3. Equipment and Assumption of Risk
HYUNAH provides access to coffee preparation equipment and other facilities that may involve hot water, hot surfaces, glassware, electrical equipment, grinders, brewing equipment, and other potential hazards.
By entering and using the space, you acknowledge that these activities involve inherent risks, including burns, cuts, slips, falls, and other injuries. You voluntarily assume the risks ordinarily associated with your use of HYUNAH's premises, equipment, and facilities.
You agree to use equipment only for its intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions provided by HYUNAH. If you are unfamiliar with a piece of equipment or are unsure how to use it safely, you agree to ask a HYUNAH team member for assistance before using it.
4. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release and hold harmless Hyunah Coffee LLC, together with its owners, members, managers, employees, agents, and affiliates, from claims arising from the ordinary and inherent risks associated with your voluntary use of HYUNAH's premises, facilities, and equipment.
Nothing in these terms is intended to waive or limit any right or liability that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
5. Personal Property
You are responsible for your personal belongings while at HYUNAH. HYUNAH is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged personal property except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Guests
Members may bring guests to HYUNAH, provided that each guest purchases the applicable day pass or other required access prior to their visit. Membership does not include complimentary guest access unless expressly stated by HYUNAH.
Members are responsible for ensuring that their guests comply with HYUNAH's rules and staff instructions.
7. Products, Equipment and Experiences
Membership or a day pass does not guarantee the availability of any particular coffee, product, equipment, seating area, service, event, or experience unless expressly included in the applicable reservation.
HYUNAH may modify its offerings, equipment, operating procedures, hours, rules, and membership benefits from time to time.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hyunah Coffee LLC and its owners, members, managers, employees, agents, and affiliates from third party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your intentional misconduct, negligence, violation of these terms, or damage you cause to another person or their property.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute relating to these terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of New York, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
10. Acknowledgment

Your electronic acceptance constitutes your agreement to these terms.
